Deleting your account

You can do it yourself, from the app or the website, at any time.

From the app or the website

Sign in.
Open your profile — your initials, top right — and choose Profile.
At the bottom, Delete account. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

It happens straight away. There's no waiting period and it can't be undone.

What goes, and what stays

Your sign-in and your details — name, email address, phone number and photo — are deleted, with your notifications, FlowAI conversations and the devices that receive your push notifications.
If you're the only owner of a builder's company, the company is deleted with it: every project, file, invoice, quote and record, for everyone on them. Its subscription stops the same day. If the business carries on without you, email us first and we'll hand it to someone else.
What you added to someone else's job stays on it — messages, snags you raised, decisions you made. They're that builder's record of the work, so they remain, shown as from a former user rather than by name.
Billing records kept by our payment provider, Stripe, are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Can't sign in?

Email support.sitescope@kudu-digital.com from the address the account uses, and say you'd like it deleted. We'll reply within two working days to confirm it's you, then delete it.
